The worst app i have ever installed, issues with payments, most things aren’t even working, always having downtime, have gone 7 days without Network with fiberone on several occasions.

I write to notify you of my displeasure with your customer service. I have not had good internet service for 3 weeks and everytime, I am told an engineer will call to schedule a meeting but no one shows up. Even when the engineer finally called, I had to be begging for him to come and yet he doesn’t. At this point, I’m porting and leaving your broadband. It is no doubt you have a good product but when we have downtime, your engineers needs to be available to help out within the shortest time
This company is nothing but a phoney, a cheat and a fraud. Fibre one epitomises what is sickeningly wrong with corporate Nigeria. In December 2023, my spouse credited Fibre one bank account to install internet facility in her office. This is August 2024, after several emails to this company, nothing has been done. The public should be warned about Fibre One’s unethical business conduct.
Customer service is zero, internet is zero!! Use them at your own risk! Paid for installation almost a month now till now no internet connection! They are running a scam!
The app keeps crashing when i want to renew subscription. It’s been very frustrating. This latest update just brought new problems.
I’d advise the management to carry out a complete overhaul of the customer service department. Perhaps sack everybody there, including the janitor(s)
My internet connection stopped working 23rd called them immediately was told it was a general issue on my link, called them almost everyday to a status update sometimes 2 to 3 times in a day. When they fixed it almost a month later I called them about my lost days to my surprise I was told the internet downtime started after my subscription ended.
I am using an iPhone 12 Pro and the Renew page doesn’t work after I click the initiate payment button. I feel like the page should be able to scroll up to see the make payment button but it’s like the page is fixed to a bigger screen size. Please update and fix accordingly

Can’t get past the t&c page. So the app can’t be used. Do something about this quickly
