I have been having issues with my Wi-Fi for over a month now and I can’t use my Wi-Fi. I reach out to them several times to provide me a technician who can come over to fix my Wi-Fi, the response I got was; “We don’t give our technicians numbers out” I can’t believe a Wi-Fi company saying that. I’m looking to trash this Wi-Fi and get something better.

Worst resolution ever
The resolution matrix with Fiberone is the worst I have experienced for any Internet service provider in lagos (Nigeria).
After payment, installation took almost a month before a technician was allocated to set up the router.
After 3 month of usage the link had an issue (15th Jan 2024) and till date (13th Feb 2024) there has been no communication from the company FiberOne to all affected customers on cause of the problem and no update on when it would be resolved.
Talking to customer care on any channel is an absolute nightmare because you will keep getting promises of a technician visit, remote resolution and other stories.
Do yourself a favor by using another ISP even if it’s expensive.
Problem renewing with pay stack
Since the new update, it’s been difficult to pay with pay stack . Please look into this , it was so much easier before now
WiFi management Issue
Please I would appreciate if you add a page to monitor who is logged into my WiFi, also with the ability to block or restrict them. And also make it easy for me to change my WiFi password
Worst decision I have ever made in 5 years
I have never seen an internet provide more useless than fiber one . They are unprofessional, their customer service is crazy. I think people should start getting sued for not doing their job properly. I subscribe didn’t use it for a week ( even the 7days it keep going off and on) I called them over 12times in a month, all they said was some was going come check it out but nobody came. Worst internet provider ever.

First and foremost, I don't live in Nigeria, but I ran a business in Nigeria that required regular internet service. My journey started when my staff introduced me to ANNABEL AJAYI (FIBREONE BROADBAND sales girl). The young lady misled me into making a wrong plan that is unsuitable for my business.
Then it took them around two weeks to set me up, contrary to the five business days she promised. I enjoyed the internet service for 22 days, and my internet stopped working ever since then.
I have spent a lot of money on my plan B internet service. I was hoping renewing my plan could reactivate the service; 6 days after I made a 31k payment to renew, the internet service is still not working. I called them from abroad with a calling card, but they quickly hung up without providing any solutions. I sent my staff to their office in Lekki Phase 1; they promised him that they would send a technician within 48 hours. It's been almost six days now; Annabel, the rude sales girl, stopped picking up my call and responding to my messages, and the customer service kept me on the phone for over 40 minutes with no solutions. BE WARNED!!! People, please stay away from FIBREONE BROADBAND; they are big-time scammers!!!

Poor navigation
I use the iPhone X which maximizes the use of the screen, the app makes full use of the screen and in doing so, the navigation controls sit right on top of the time, battery, signal, etc notifications. Needless to say, I can’t tap on those controls to work. I think the app needs to be tested on a lot more phones with different screen dimensions.
Terrible App
The worst app i have ever installed, issues with payments, most things aren’t even working, always having downtime, have gone 7 days without Network with fiberone on several occasions.
