Stay away from this company.
First and foremost, I don't live in Nigeria, but I ran a business in Nigeria that required regular internet service. My journey started when my staff introduced me to ANNABEL AJAYI (FIBREONE BROADBAND sales girl). The young lady misled me into making a wrong plan that is unsuitable for my business. Then it took them around two weeks to set me up, contrary to the five business days she promised. I enjoyed the internet service for 22 days, and my internet stopped working ever since then. I have spent a lot of money on my plan B internet service. I was hoping renewing my plan could reactivate the service; 6 days after I made a 31k payment to renew, the internet service is still not working. I called them from abroad with a calling card, but they quickly hung up without providing any solutions. I sent my staff to their office in Lekki Phase 1; they promised him that they would send a technician within 48 hours. It's been almost six days now; Annabel, the rude sales girl, stopped picking up my call and responding to my messages, and the customer service kept me on the phone for over 40 minutes with no solutions. BE WARNED!!! People, please stay away from FIBREONE BROADBAND; they are big-time scammers!!!
