The app is great, it just requires people to make it work
The city just doesn’t do anything about the problems you report. I’m sitting on multiple issues over 130 days old. The app works. The city doesn’t.
City Council Members
Hard to find the Council members, still looking for the list.

I thought I could connect with my water account on this but so far haven’t seen that this is a function here. Plenty of other useful features.
Fix a pothole in 2 hours
Take a picture of that annoying pothole and Fort Worth will be out there within the next few hours.
