Great app for Funky Town. Quick response if you add a picture to your request.

Makes me proud to be a FW citizen. Super easy to report issues and even more importantly very fast resolution. I have submitted several requests and every one has been resolved very quickly. Almost feels like a super power driving over a pothole, submitting the request, then hours later seeing the pothole repaired!

This app seems great at first. It makes it very easy to report problem, but no one responds. We have a neighbor that has had several loud parties late at night and I’ve reported a noise complaint on this app. 6 months later the reports are all still labeled as “open” and we got zero response. I don’t know if FW is short staffed but it’s obvious that no one checks the online reports. I will be calling the non-emergency number from now on, because that’s the only way to reach people.

Tries to file a fire work report and you are not able to write in the designated area, all it does is pull up the closest address, captia doesn’t even work.

Why trying to select a service for a new report, the screen keeps refreshing like it’s stuck in a coding loop. It doesn’t happen at the top of the list, but begins when I get down to “Traffic”.

This app is awful. So much nonsense and makes it difficult to get to the point of simply paying your water bill.

When I try to use my voice dictation on my iPhone to put information in my report, the information either deletes as soon as I stop recording my voice, or it is posted twice.

The city just doesn’t do anything about the problems you report. I’m sitting on multiple issues over 130 days old. The app works. The city doesn’t.

Hard to find the Council members, still looking for the list.

I thought I could connect with my water account on this but so far haven’t seen that this is a function here. Plenty of other useful features.
