Yes, MyGIG Gulf is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is MyGIG Gulf legit?
⚠️ The MyGIG Gulf app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
It is a nuisance to ask for new password every 30 days considering that your customer’s time and effort might be too important to spend on such trivial matters. I suggest that you should offer other simplified method of verification or make the resetting of passwords optional. Thanks.

I wanted to express my profound disappointment with the service experience we recently encountered with GIG Gulf Insurance, my recent interaction with your services fell far below my expectations.
The app doesn’t work every time
Such an expensive health insurance and and app that doesn’t work! Perhaps this way no one can make their claims?!

MY GIG FULL OF ERROR WEBSITE
Multiple times I have tried to submit a claim on this website and it seems like it doesn’t allow anyone to go through the next page.
Once you are logged in, all your information will be automatically stored however when you go to the next page where you will upload the documents, same error shows. It’s not allowing you to input the DATE OF BIRTH part!!!
At first I thought it was only because of my mobile, but then I tried to open it in my laptop, the same issue I am experiencing!!!
When it was previously owned by AXA, I do not have to go through this hassle and reimbursement stuff because I don’t even have to shed any amount of money before getting my treatment. Now I have to suffer all this!! Thanks to you GIG

I understand that my wife is the main policy holder and that I am a beneficiary on her policy, but my kids policy need to be available on my app login also. The same way as for my wife. It make sense to have kids details available on both parents app logins to make it easy Amro submit claims, provide information from the insurance to Dr eg.
