MyGiHealth GI Symptom Tracker

My very first time using this app. I choose the option to create an account and it keeps giving me “ERROR, your email or password is incorrect”. How can that be? I’m trying to sign up for the very first time. Deleting the app and looking elsewhere.

I should’ve read more reviews before downloading and signing up. The app doesn’t let you log specific/custom symptoms or details as they occur. The only option is to take their pre-made survey. I tried to delete my account, but that can only be done through their “contact us” feature which doesn’t function on mobile or desktop.

The questions are very generic and there is no location to add with a Medications you have tried and their dosages. Plus you can’t turn the calendar back to record what you’ve done for the past week with those medications.

I haven’t yet signed up for an account, but the information in the library seems pretty generic (although I did learn a few new things). My biggest issue so far is that the background music in the videos makes them seem as if they were made by a dystopian society. If I decide to create an account, then I’ll update this review.

My GI recommended this app but when I tried signing up for an account on my phone, it failed repeatedly to accept my password with no explanation as to why it was rejected. Then I went to their website and that’s when it started saying my email was already taken. I tried clicking “Forgot Password?” for a password reset and I get nothing. I’ve emailed their tech support 3 times and I haven’t received any replies in over a week! Do they even give a crap? If they read this, start supporting your product!

This site does not work. Keeps telling me the server is unavailable. For 4 weeks???

Agree with previous reviewer...it is not helpful if I have to wait until tomorrow to log my symptoms

I have a horrible memory, and it tends to relate to how I’m feeling at that moment. Ie, if I am feeling sick I think that I’ve been sick all week, if I’m feeling fine I have little memory of symptoms. I would much prefer this app have an option for logging things as they happen, that way I can see how things are based on reality not my perception. The “in the past 7 days” thing skews my data I feel.

This app was suggested through a support group for Gastroparesis and Dysmotility. So far, the app is good at tracking symptoms. While I understand not every GI issue or disease can be included, it would be great and exciting to see this app provide information and supports for things like Crohn’s Disease, Gastroparesis, and Intestinal Dysmotility...there are only 13 conditions listed in “Diseases” tab.
