Description

IBS tracker made easy. Learn how food affects your digestion. Simply track what you eat, your symptoms and moods and Endive will help you identify correlations in a visual graph form.
Food is a common trigger of digestive symptoms. Avoiding certain foods or keeping a low FODMAP diet can dramatically improve issues like gas, bloating, stomach pain, diarrhoea, constipation and others.
However, everyone is different and there is no one-size-fits-all IBS diet: Keeping a diary of what you eat and how you feel is vital to learning what triggers your symptoms.
Take charge of your digestion and gut health.
PERSONALISED TRACKER
Add custom foods and symptoms that are personal to you and track them together with the others. Endive knows recipes and breaks them down into ingredients to make IBS tracking faster and more efficient.
If you have a condition you know about, but want to optimise your diet to help improve your symptoms, Endive helps you keep track of what you have eaten and how you feel, both physically and psychologically. This allows you to learn how your body reacts to different foods, or which triggers (e.g. anxiety, depression) are causing you symptoms.
WIDE RANGING TRACKER
Endive helps you manage conditions such as:
• IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
• IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease)
• Food intolerance and sensitivities (such as Dairy, Wheat/Gluten, Lactose)
• Acid reflux
• Crohn’s disease
• Coeliac disease
• SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth)
• Ulcerative colitis
• Migraines & cluster headaches
• Skin issues (such as Eczema, Acne)
• Period / menstrual cycle related issues
• Bloating, heartburn, and many other digestive conditions

Endive Reviews

Love this app!

LunaRivers on

Exquisitely designed! Can track food, symptoms, and triggers all in one place. Easily see everything together. I really like getting to see the food and symptoms all in one area. This makes it easier to understand what is happening. Also able to customize symptoms and triggers. I need to track a few things that are not listed. This feature has made it simple to track. There was a recent update and the chart is so much easier to read now for symptoms. This app has helped me so much.

Simple and efficient I like it so far

Needs more depth

DrNitro121 on

This has a decent looking interface and I like the concept, but it needs more depth and customizability to be useful. You pretty much have one page, no ability to take a step back or gleam a broader view using analytical tools. You can't get more granularity than a 1-5 scale, and if you aren't having immediate symptoms or are tracking more than 2 or 3, it's hard to get a good understanding of what is causing what.

So happy to find a tracker not focused on calories

stefanistucat on

This tracker is simple and works great. After years of struggling with disordered eating/diet culture/tracking every calorie, I had finally broken up with myfitnesspal. However, only a few months later I began going through stomach issues, ulcers, etc. Working with a doctor, I knew I needed to start tracking foods again to identify my triggers but was really nervous I would fall back into using MFP. This app is exactly what I needed, tracking just the food, a timestamp, and symptoms as they arise throughout the day.

Not what I expected

I’ve had stomach issues for years and I had high hopes for this app. Unfortunately, you can’t track symptoms separate from meals, so it’s not very useful. For example, if you wake up with a stomach ache you have to add a meal and it tracks it with the meal, which makes it look like the food gave you a stomach ache.

Help

I’ve just upgraded to the paid version and can’t see how this tells you which foods trigger your symptoms. Can anyone help explain please?

Useful tool

MommaJenks on

Using this to do a food diary, not bad considering I'm using the free version. Unlikely to upgrade. A bit clunky in places and limited info on symptoms but I'll stick with it.

Won’t load anymore

user434271 on

Was a great app, totally loved it, but pointless now because the loading screen hasn’t actually moved on to being the screen with the food diary and the plus sign. I thought maybe it was my wifi causing the issue, but i’ve now tried it in multiple places using different wi-fi’s and data’s and it still doesn’t load :(

How to actually learn

Leilani Jade van S. on

I’ve started using this app and I’ve had a positive experience with inputting my meals and symptoms, however, I was hoping to be given graphs or suggestions on which foods are likely to be my triggers. I expected the app to find correlations and communicate them to me but I’ve been using it for a few days and there’s no easy way of identifying anything. Am I missing a feature of the app? Advertising screenshots show graphs that I don’t see.
