This feedback is about recent purchase from MyGlamm. Have ordered some product by offers given but after 7-8 days my order got cancelled without reason. If the company doesn’t has stock then don’t issue such fake offers. Eating people’s time. Highly regretting. And there is not customer care service is given by this app.
Waste of time and money
I ordered 2 lipsticks of LIT from myglamm. The quality of both the products is extremely bad. If someone would give me for free I would still not use it. Extremely cheap quality material is used in lipsticks. I am writing my review here as myglamm app does not have facility to write your feedback on your purchases.
Order has not been delivered
I have a issue I just ordered a combo set and it was expected to be delivered by today but unfortunately there’s no any update of the order since then!! I’m really disappointed as the customer care team didn’t solve my issue till now. I was hoping for a delivery 🥹@myglamm
Worst brands
I had a terrible experience with their brand support. I ordered the Cabarnet Kiss lip liner but received Mocha Magic instead. When I contacted customer support, they asked for the invoice, packaging, and product photos. Despite sending them the invoice from my Glamm account, clearly showing the Cabarnet Kiss shade, they denied sending the wrong product and claimed they had sent what I ordered without even looking at my attachment. After resending the screenshot, they offered me a coupon that doesn’t apply to any products on their site. Now, I'm stuck with a shade that doesn't suit my brown skin.
Worst experience!!! Waste of time and money !!
Worst app when it comes to experience !!! There’s no way we can seek help, there’s just a chat box which gives us automated answers!!! I placed a paid order on 9th November and still to date haven’t received the order !! Unlike any other app like Nykaa or Sugar, I didn’t get any call from the delivery person to date but just an useless message to provide OTP on delivery!! I can’t even complain about it to somebody as their help and support is just a joke !!! Lost my money , hopefully somebody reads this before using this platform !!!
Products are not delivered without any attempt made.
I placed 3 orders recently none of them is delivered yet. On top of if it eyeliner order is returned to origin without any attempt of delivery. I have been active user of myglam but this is too disappointing to see that no support is provided from customer service.

Eye shadow palette
It only has 5 months for expiry I’m really disappointed atleast a yr Shld be given 5 months is really short period of time 22 to 25 yr
Velvet lipsticks
To be honest the new velvet liquid lipstick thry have introduced is worst it doesn’t dry at all I use to love their matt ones these are not good nope
