MyGlamm : Beauty Shopping App

I ordered a product of 3 combo of lipstick and i get only 1 lipstick and we don’t get any return option purely scam and cheap product

They scammers will give discounts and then send them wrong products and when asked for exchange or refund take months together just to solve the issue, and if you go n write review on the product they don’t even show the truth bloody scammers

Some work is really needed to learn how to run an app. Its really frustating that i have ordered some items which was showing processing…., not confirmed, i ordered it multiple times not knowing order is already placed, neither app nor site is showing my order items except my email which i found out later. Cant see how many times i have ordered the same items, app is denying my sign in request. It says access denied when i try to help and support? What am i suppose to do now??What the hell is wrong with this app, never ever using this platform again, its Sick!!!!!

Myglamm just provides the offers but do not deliver it. So irritating. Thank god I placed my order on cash on delivery.

the customer service people on chat is so pathetic,no one reply after 20 min also !!!! the app and item is fine but customsr service is bad

I recently purchased a gift card from MyGlam, only to find out it was invalid when I tried to use it. Despite my best efforts to resolve the issue, I’ve had the worst experience with their customer care support. Firstly, I’ve lodged at least three complaints through their online support system, but haven’t received any response. It’s been days, and there’s been complete silence from their end. They have completely ignored my concerns and provided no assistance whatsoever. Their lack of response is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. This is unacceptable for a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, their customer service phone number isn’t working. Every time I call, it either doesn’t connect or I get an automated message saying the number is out of service. They have made it impossible to reach them for help, which has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I was excited to use MyGlam’s products, but this experience has left a sour taste. I expected much better from such a well-known brand. It’s disheartening to see that they don’t value their customers enough to provide basic support. Has anyone else faced similar issues? Any purchase any they just make fool out of you . They agent / customer support is for name they never provide any solutions better purchase makeup from other brand at least they don’t fraud people.

I have been using myglamm for the long time now. I was always very curious about how the company is even surviving after so many discount. I know now i had ordered many products from the app and there were issue in most of them. I asked them for the refund and they refused and closed the chat abruptly. I don’t understand how Manish malhotra has agreed for this collaboration. I told them i will be out of town for a month now as my brother is getting married and ask for rupees 279. They treat their legend customers like this. This is fraud.

I’m unable to install this app on my new phone and getting access denied error … what to do with this error also I have many referral points on my register and I’m unable to use it because of unable to install app

Useless coupons and offers, once you apply the coupon code offer they charge very high shipping charges and say add a product worth Rs 98 to get free shipping Once you add a product worth Rs 98 they again say add Rs 3 to get free shipping and so the total cost Does not offer free shipping on promotions and coupon codes. 12 rs, 1 rs, ect combo offers are just to fool people.

The quality of the lipstick are pretty nice however the shades are not what I ordered at all. I am not a fan of dark shades so i ordered a shade that was somewhat between pink and red but the shade I received was brown. I am really disappointed. Also i saw an offer for 3 cosmetics for 203 rs but when i added it to cart I had to pay the full amount
