Functionality is fine. However, when I have placed fly tipping issues, I have received messages to say job is complete when nothing has been lifted. This included one request where I had to make 4 requests. Picture of items / locations are attached with my requests. I am currently in the process of reporting another incident for the third time due to above issue.

Reported an item of fly tipping three times- twice on the app and once by direct phone call. Have been told on each occasion the item has been dealt with. It’s still lying where I reported it. Very poor.

Incredibly difficult to sign in now that it’s MyAccount. I’ve tried every angle over maybe an hour and am still not in. The old MyGlasgow app was vastly better.

Almost as if the council doesn’t want anyone to be able to use the map locator. Hard to operate, bounces all over the place, doesn’t work most of the time. Not surprising with this council - can’t get much right.

Cumbersome, slow, hard to navigate, frustrating, uninformative, really poor experience .

Calling this an app is a bit rich, it’s a front end for a poor website. Basic functions like checking bin dates takes a frustrating amount of clicks and there are no favorites. Also it feels like the option to report potholes has been made so badly to deter you from completing the report.

Map Picker used for location of faults such as potholes difficult/does not work.

Hi I have reported my purple bin glass bin as being missed at the pick up over two weeks ago through the app then I get an email to say bin has been collected case closed . Bin was not collected reported again and same thing 3 rd time now . No human available to speak to .

Raise jobs and they close them down not done. Usless
