Make it better!
Haven’t had any problems and have used it quite often over past year
Typical government, f-ing up a good thing with the web site change. Perhaps you could cut the excess administrative team and hire more English speaking doctors
Ever since service rolled from Calgary lab services to Dynalife the app stopped working; this was November 2022. Tried the app every few months every since and it’s utterly useless. You cannot pull any reports or lab results for your records.
I used this all the time and then they made some type of change and I can’t access it anymore. The page just becomes a load error.
The messaging functionality catches my eyes on how bad it is. Why hire a third party to add a rather simple functionality? After logging in to the app, which is more like a wrapper app that loads web pages, the user has to register to BrightSquid to be able to view messages. There is no seamless login between the 2 applications. You have to recreate your account on this platform and log in 2 times.
Damn frustrating... 9 times out of 10 when I try to go to MyHealth records , I get a blank page with a heading of “bad request” 👎🏻👎🏻
It takes over a year to post your lab result, which is completely useless.
This app is essentially a web page with an app wrapper. While it is great that I can get my test results on my phone, the fact that I have to login with a username and password every time and, unlike using a web page, my account doesn’t automatically show up from my keychain so I have to type it in (or search my keychain). An app like this should support Face/Touch ID for easier secure access. This is just lazy development.
