MyHealth Records Reviews

Unusable

Tayremigi on

United States

The Google authentication is broken because the app does not meet Google’s policy requirements. Signing in with password fails with a 400 status code due to a too-large header. Authentication checks are also broken on the web app so I cannot access my records there either. Please fix this.

Incomplete integration with Apple Health

afamilyoftrees on

United States

Apparently it can read other data from Apple Health, but it does not write data to Apple Health which is what most people will want. Would be ideal to integrate completely with Apple Health so that could track all labs and other things in the much better designed and complete Apple Health app.

Not up to date posting lab results

pyaaaat on

United States

Verified once and they wanted me to reverify account which involves a pain in the butt timely process of mailing a password and it was under a year after I first verified. No labs posted for over 9 months despite my lab tests every 3 months. Very disappointing. Especially during Covid.

Just use the website

The app is useless. Crashes, login issues, missing info/results. Not worth the hassle.

Cannot login

I can’t even login to this stupid app. I can use my credentials to login through my browser but not on here. Thanks glorious leader…

Waist of Time

Can’t give it a negative 12 star. The Alberta Govt. employees who are in the “help” departments ask for Confidential Information to verify who you are but they are unable to correct any wrong information they have on your file. It is up to you to go to a Registry Office to make the changes. They in turn may or may not as was my experience. Your Doctor has all this info so go ask him/her and save the frustration.

Terrible software

Itdoesnotlikeany on

I had a diagnostic procedure but it is impossible to get this to open so that I can see the result. Whatever I do to try to open it does not work

Login with google doesn’t work

Worst UX I’ve seen ever! Hire a University of Alberta comp sci student to build you a decent app

Convenient Access to Health Records

Carry3635 on

Although the app is sometimes slow and difficult to sign in to, being able to see lab results compared to normal ranges, and what each test is (ie what hemoglobin levels mean), to see physician notes on X-rays, and to see what vaccines you have and what you need is very helpful and gives Albertans the ability to be an active participant in their healthcare.
