Horrible app
Always crashed. Even after keying in OTP, the app just gave “failed operation” message. Insurer asked me to update to latest version to avoid this, but my version is already the latest.

As Singapore’s premier healthcare provider, Parkway Shenton now offers greater everyday convenience to our corporate members via the personalised one-stop MyHealth Wallet mobile application. Users can check their benefit entitlement, budget utilisation, balance as well as submit claims on the go via their mobile devices.
In addition, with the new online claim submission feature, submitting a claim is now much easier as you only need to take a photo of the receipt and upload the image for submission. Your claim status will be updated in the mobile application and a notification will be triggered to you once the claim is approved.
Through the MyHealth Wallet mobile app, you can also seamlessly access your eCard and clinic locator mobile app.

This app is highly unstable, kindly invest in a stable platform, login is a nightmare
The world worst app ever seen before.
If it‘s not the company insurance under great eastern, I won’t use this app at all. This app almost crush every time. I can’t believe great eastern push out this app to serve their customer. Luckily I don’t have any personal insurance with great eastern. Wish you all good luck!

I dont receive otp at my iphone. So how to use? Only for this app. There is no option to receive otp via email 🥲. Lousy app
The worst app ever to be introduced
App do not work most of the time!! It’s frustrating when you had to make use of it and it just doesn’t do anything. If there was a zero star to rate this app, I would do that. Wake up your idea developer!!
Login OTP never works
Most of the time, this app doesn’t send the OTP for login
Worse app
Not once can I login even with correct password. Either reset password or hav to uninstall and re-install password back. It’s a nightmare every single time when u need to see the doctor and this happens
This app is bad. Like really bad.
This is probably one of the lowest effort apps I’ve ever used. Interface is slow, buggy, and I have to log in multiple times before the app can be used. I echo the sentiment of other reviews stating that, if not for the company’s scheme, I would never have downloaded this app. Absolute trash.
