As Singapore’s premier healthcare provider, Parkway Shenton now offers greater everyday convenience to our corporate members via the personalised one-stop MyHealth Wallet mobile application. Users can check their benefit entitlement, budget utilisation, balance as well as submit claims on the go via their mobile devices.
In addition, with the new online claim submission feature, submitting a claim is now much easier as you only need to take a photo of the receipt and upload the image for submission. Your claim status will be updated in the mobile application and a notification will be triggered to you once the claim is approved.
Through the MyHealth Wallet mobile app, you can also seamlessly access your eCard and clinic locator mobile app.

Lousy
Lousy App. Always session expired when I needed to see a doctor. And it is linked to my company email which I have no access outside of working hours. Worst yet, I have to reset my password everyone session expired. All my password combinations failed to log me in.

What is wrong with this app? Clicked on Forget password and key in my username and email address but never receive a single email from the app to receive my password. Can the developer of this app please look into this?

After sign up and said email had send to my email address. keep refresh and got nothing.
Couldn’t login at all
Terrible app with poor maintenance. Couldn’t even login to the app at all and kept saying that my credentials are incorrect when it wasn't. Could login with my credentials on website just fine. Uninstalling this useless app
Worst app ever
Can't believe whoever allow it to go live , 0 testing has been done and it's always so buggy Wouldn't use it if it's not company selected insurer

Literally 0 testing was done on this useless application. After keying in OTP that was received 1 second ago when trying to login, error popup saying that “Something went wrong”. The only thing that went wrong is the mind of the person who accepted this application and allowed it to go-live. We just need 1 basic feature which is to allow us to login to the app to show the e-card for medical consultations. Pretty sure it’s a basic feature that even the most junior developer can do.
Always having trouble logging in
After typing OTP, most times I can’t login. Error msg that ‘something went wrong, try again later’ will appear. Extremely frustrating
Can’t log in
After the most recent update (as of this writing) I could not even log in with the OTP received. Ridiculous!
