## MyHotelTeam Reviews in United States

### **--- "Time off Request"
You should be able to cancel and/or edit your time off requests
-- Idontwantanicknamethisisdumb, 2025-06-16

### ***** "Features:"
* **Gamification**
* **Real-time task management**
* **Mobile time tracking**
-- katiemb2020, 2025-05-03

### **--- "Impossible password recovery"
I am unable to recover my password even tho I know my username. This is one of those sad technology things. I get an email the day before every shift to remind me my schedule but somehow I can’t recover my password to get into my account. It’s really messing up my work vibes. Sad.
-- Ku Kailimoku, 2024-09-23

### **--- "Can’t login through the app"
App worked fine, but all of the sudden I was kicked out and now can’t log back in. I’ve had many coworkers who have experienced the same thing. I can log in through the website, but it would be nice to have access to the app.
-- larondadeague, 2024-07-20

### *---- "App Needs More Features"
App needs to have the feature to show who all is scheduled during the whole week. Also the app should have the clock in and out feature on it. We need to be able to see our total hours calculated for the work week instead of having to add them up ourselves. And possibly check calculator for payroll
-- Highhikjjjmmkl, 2024-06-11

### *---- "Recent Update causing issues"
Since the recent update on 5/23 the website/app is terrible. “All shifts” is reflecting the same schedule every day with even tho some days are different.
-- Kenziggy, 2024-05-25

### *---- "Can’t view schedule"
Cant view my schedule because the app says it needs to update but the App Store says it’s updated…
-- joshmaratos, 2024-05-23

### *---- "App doesn’t work after update saying I still need to update"
???
-- lil1222668, 2024-05-23

### ***-- "About time off request."
Can you make time off request cancel button?
-- Ushiwak@maru, 2024-04-05

### *---- "Crashes often"
Just got logged out when I was using the app no problems just yesterday. Other reviews they are responding saying to delete and download new app. I did this and *gasp* it had no effect on recovering my account 😱
