Is MyiStore legit?
⚠️ The MyiStore app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
No OTP was sent during creating my account but then I closed the app, reopened and tried to log in using the account I just created. I was asked for a phone number again and this time I left out the 0 at the front and got in ! Yippee…. except now that I am in I find that absolutely nothing works!!!🤦🏽
On the main section They have ads for Mac products but they don’t open anything…
They have other sections also, though…all “coming soon”
There is a button for ordering products but the only product you can order is an iPhone 15…but you can’t select the capacity or colour and thus the order button doesn’t work because it wants you to select a capacity and colour to continue…🤦🏽
This app is an embarrassment to the entire Apple brand. Clearly this was developed by South African developers with 0 affiliation with Apple and exactly that much skill also.
Most useless app on the AppStore. You’d be better off saving the actual website to your Home Screen and just using that. Which means you can’t use Apple Pay to buy your Apple products 😱🤦🏽🤷♂️
App Not Working
Dear Developer, this app is not working as intended. Inefficient & ineffective from functionality & user perspective. E.g., add device to waiting list, no further information can be viewed or selected on device added.

Hi. Unable to log in. “User not found” but on website I can log in. Please investigate

Doesn’t send OTP
Can’t sign in as app doesn’t send one time pin to my mobile to confirm my number. Tried numerous times. Restarted phone, etc.

Can't login, no matter what I do I am not receiving the OTP.

Keeps sending a verification code that never comes through
Garbage app that trades your privacy for zero functionality
It wants your location, email and phone number. In exchange, you can do almost nothing useful. I was told this was the only way to check availability of devices in store and it can’t even do that.
Can’t even log in
User log in is essentially non-functional and considering this app was last updated 8 months with numerous users complaining of the same issue, I doubt it has ever been fix. Quite disappointing to see the state of this app.
A huge disappointment
Like other reviewers, I am unable to log in. A waste of time. It is a huge disappointment that iStore in SA has launched such a poor app.
