It wants your location, email and phone number. In exchange, you can do almost nothing useful. I was told this was the only way to check availability of devices in store and it can’t even do that.
User log in is essentially non-functional and considering this app was last updated 8 months with numerous users complaining of the same issue, I doubt it has ever been fix. Quite disappointing to see the state of this app.
Like other reviewers, I am unable to log in. A waste of time. It is a huge disappointment that iStore in SA has launched such a poor app.

Dear Developer. It appears no effort has been made to address the concerns raised by any of the reviewers since last year. I find that extremely concerning. I downloaded the app a month ago and decided to delete the app today because I still am unable to sign-in as the app doesn’t recognise my email address despite the fact that I use the same address on a web browser without any problem. It would be appreciated if you provide feedback to help understand whether anything is being done to address the issues.
I had to use the sales representatives phone to register because your app doesn’t work on my iPhone 13… I tried to contact support on your wed site but it didn’t submit the form… all of this effort to be in a queue for the new MacBook Pro M2 max… should I reconsider?…
Same issue everyone else has said - cannot access the app as of no OTP. Embarrassing.
Have been trying to access the app for a month but like others can’t login as I never receive the required OTP SMS. Every time I’ve contacted the iStore they either don’t respond or tell me management says the app is working perfectly and the issue with my device even though every other reviewer here has the same issue. Also went in to their store and they I sited I just needed to update the app which I have to no avail. Crazy how a company like this can pay for an app to be developed that literally can’t be used by customers.
OTP isn’t being sent on sign up so can’t get into the app.
After signup you have to verify your phone number and receive a verification pin to enter. Ive tried numerous times and not once have I received the pin. I dont think its sending them at all. So cant even use the app.
