Unable to scan barcode for Smart Shopper
The new app looks good but unfortunately the ability to scan barcode on the reader for Smart Shopper doesn’t work anymore. It just gives a popup with bank message and ‘Ok’ button. But frustrating.
New features not working
The updated app doesn’t work. Unable to see balances, unable to scan barcode at till points. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Still no luck. Bring back the old app
Disastrous update
The latest update is a disaster! Doesn’t work! So frustrating when you are busy paying but the app doesn’t work! Please fix asap!
Can’t scan QR code anymore
Since the last app update, can’t scan the QR code on the card machine anymore. QR CODE IS BLURRY. Time delay on the manual bar code capture so annoying
Stupid App
Never works when I need it, especially if signal is bad in the store. USE BIOMETRICS PLEASE, why must I always insert username and password if a only want to scan the qr code at the till. This app is not important enough to remember the user name and password every time I get to the till
Numerous app issues
Permanently tells me my smart shopper balance is unavailable. Indicates I have 3 My Vouchers available but will not display them. It just shows a blank screen When using the Virtual Swipe it showd Got It but doesn't register on the till. I then need to have the number typed in and authorised which is really painful Please ask your QA department to properly test the app before releasing it to your customers. Please tell me when this will be fixed.
No vouchers
Had the app for a few weeks. Never seen a voucher load. Does not work at all. Not sure what the point of this is. Offers nothing.
Digital Smart Shopper not working
Digital Smart Shopper not working. Have to type in manually. That's the reason I got the app.
QR Code
Since the app has been updated, the virtual swipe option whereby you have to scan the QR code for smart shopper isn’t functional. Please get your developers to fix the problem asap because some of us do not have physical cards and the cashiers have to key the card manually which is very much an inconvenience.
