Is myLearners free?
Yes, myLearners is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is myLearners legit?
⚠️ The myLearners app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Had to download to approve daughters drives.
Constantly logs you out, asks you to login again and create a pin. Even though using facial recognition.
I read loads of reviews saying the same and would have thought the developer would have taken note and fixed.
Just remember that to use, verify who you are with facial recognition, then login with username and password, enter the six digit code sent to your phone then create a useless pin which will never get used.
Setup Bug
Honestly the fact they haven’t fixed this for about a month is shocking. When I try to set up a pin, it just says “Server Error, Try Again Later (E-500)”
I’m really disappointed in vicroads for letting this go noticed or unnoticed and not fixing it
Unusable
Cant even past 2factor code - after correct code is entered keeps coming up with errors. Tried for days
Been very frustrating and costing me driving experience as can’t log in.
Very un User-Friendly
You have to click 4 times to approve an entry for my learner whilst this should really be just 1 click.
The UX/UI is no good .
The same goes to your website.

If I could give a 0 I would! What a joke of an app! Can't even login as there's a server error! Don't waste your time people!
Unable to login
I have to say, my experience has been extremely disappointing due to the login issues I've encountered. From the very first attempt, I was unable to log in. Every time I try, I am met with an error message saying, "There was a server error. Please try again."
I have tried resetting my password multiple times, ensuring that my internet connection is stable, and even reinstalled the app, but nothing seems to work..
Given the high expectations I had for this app, this login issue is incredibly frustrating. It's disheartening to see an app with so much potential rendered unusable due to such a fundamental problem. I hope the developers address this issue promptly because, as it stands, the app is unusable for me.

It won’t even let me create a password it keeps coming up with error when I have done everything right
All kinds of problems
This app wouldn’t even let set a supervisor. Every time I sent an invite to my supervisor the email would open and show up with an error. And when it worked it showed me that I had a supervisor but he didn’t see me as a learner in the tab, then I would reload and it would say I didn’t have a supervisor set. Would rate it no-star if I could.
Astonishingly bad
How the app developers can’t have read and prioritized the single clearest piece of feedback on this app (it logs you out all the time and forces you to login again / create new PIN) in the three years I’ve had to suffer this app makes me sad. 😞
VicRoads - please fund your developers to fix this in the next release 🙏
