Is myLearners free?
Yes, myLearners is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is myLearners legit?
⚠️ The myLearners app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Used the app for six months with no problems until one day had to login again. After entering username password my two factor verification it now just keeps asking me to create a pin, even though i had created one on the Vicroads website. It comes up with an error 500 won’t let me into the app.
Tried deleting and reinstalling app with no luck and also tried changing my password on the Vic Roads account, which I did successfully but still couldn’t get into the app.
Come on Vic Roads - lift your game get this sorted.

Why can’t the app remember my login details?
Why can I no longer tick off tasks achieved?

What an appalling app. The login bug is a disgrace. I would imagine that in a real company the CEO would be making a public apology.
Constant Logins!
Please fix the login issue. Whats the point in asking to set up a pin for logging in when the app always logs you out and you have to repeat the login process again!
Login process shocking
Constant re-establishing pin and not remembering details from recent logins is shocking. Please fix asap
Fix the bugs!!
Overall the app works well enough to track my son’s hours, but the app repeatedly signs you out requiring full login again. It asks you create a pin to log in next time but then it logs you out again requiring your password.
Repeated login
It is so frustrating that Every few weeks I need to log back in. I have never had this occur with any other app
Incessant logouts
The app has a couple of minor refresh bugs, but mostly works. The worst thing is the random logouts which means typing long passwords, 2FA, recreate PINs, etc. This is all from the perspective of a supervisor.
won’t work
won’t even let me create a pin gf of some server error it’s been 4 days of trying, can’t even get started 🙁
it doesn’t even work
i tired making a passcode to the app and it won’t even let me do it. every time i do it it comes up with a message saying “error in the server try again later” and i don’t know what to do anymore because it won’t let me sign in
