Have booked a car from here paid for home Delivery of 450 INR but later on they changed the price and took 12000 for it. Also they had give me P1 fuel in the car but I have returned P2 fuel they have not given back my money for that too. Also for extra kM they will show 11/km but will charge 21 to 22/km. Guys be careful what they it's not the same.
I have by far had the most harrowing experience while renting a car on self drive for almost 3 weeks. My booking ID is 6737066. This was not the first time I was renting a vehicle from MYLES. Upon arrival, I was told that there was an issue with the car papers, and that we would have to go to the office outside the airport to collect the same. I went with your driver and collected the papers where I got stuck coming out of that area for 45 minutes because of traffic. A week into my rental I receive a call at 7:30am that the fitness certificate of the car expires on 3rd July and that the car will have to be exchanged at which ever location I would be at. Since we were traveling around to Pune and Mumbai, we agreed to exchange the car on 29th June in Pune. The entire day I waited for the call and I kept calling, but there was no response and then was told that the next day for sure it will be done. After waiting the entire next day, I called once again and again got some lame excuses that the car had a wheel alignment problem however will be surely delivered within 3 hours and I shared my location with the driver via WhatsApp. After waiting for another 6 hours, I called the call center and they confirmed to me that the car is on the way and will be delivered in 30 minutes. The next day when I called them back they had already closed my request saying that the car was delivered, however it was not. All in all, I have spoken to Khushboo, Junaid and other people and finally on 2nd July I received the replacement vehicle without any proper handover or signatures or documents. I was also promised a call back several times from the management in order to receive compensation for all the inconvenience that I have gone through in the past week. I haven’t heard back as well. I need an urgent call back or reply with a rental compensation of at least 3 days as I have clearly wasted these days waiting for the driver and the car. Also, it is not the customers fault that the vehicle did not have the correct papers in the beginning. It should have been checked prior to handing over the vehicle to me. I have faced a lot of disappointment and I’m truly disgusted by the way the situation is being handled as nobody takes the ownership or responsibility. I look forward to hearing back from you at the earliest, or it will not take me long to post this on the internet and share this with others. A very dissatisfied customer. Eric. 8291598889
