Good car rental app

The whole experience of getting a car was simple and quick. The hosts I interacted were ver responsive and supportive. The only issue I fard was not being able to connect to any customer service executives in person. The chat bot is not that effective to nail any personalized issue. Waiting for my refund of unused hours.

Ease of working

This application is not very user friendly. But due to lack of options, zoom car has monopoly in the market

It was easy to pick the car with just aadhar verification. The car was in good condition than expected. Would use zoom anytime for my next trip !!

Spacious maintained car

Good maintained car with best price. Host is very coordinative and well mannered guy.

Worst company!

This company believes in pure thievery! On every page of creating booking they advertise that the booking can be modified in case of change of plans! But in case you do end up returning the car then they do not refund any amount! I booked the car for 4 days and due to unforeseen reasons had to return the car in less than 2 days. Now they are refusing any refund. This is when the car provider has confirmed that they have only got the money for 2 days when the car was actually used!

Cheaters! Worst customer care

I booked a car through the app. The host said the car is not available and told me to cancel it. Upon cancellation all money was charged from me plus cancellation fee!! WHY SHOULD I BE CHARGED ANY AMOUNT WHEN THE HOST IS NOT READY TO GIVE THE CAR AND WHY IS ZOOM CAR ADVERTISING FALSE INFORMATION! Booking reference JPSNCTNBN! I WANT MY MONEY BACK !

Phatic and worst cars please done use this app they cheat and block the money and they don’t give you I was a NRI they stole 1000$ from my card and blocked the money not recommended at all
