I just cant trade covered calls. The app blocks and do not work. Terrible experience.
IRA Distribution Chaos
Merrill Edge platform for charitable IRA distributions is a mess. The form is hard to find on the site & is awkward to fill out. Sometimes submission confirmations arrive, sometimes they don’t. Chaos.
Outstanding
Maribel Maldonado and her team are professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented and really cares!
Hate phone paying.
I can’t find the accounts I have on the desktop or iPad. Makes paying bills away from home a problem.
Many updates. No real functionality improvement
The site says, with giddy enjoyment, that they update frequently and they do seem to update. but never any real functionality improvement. How about leaving alone until you have an actual update? Or is the app so fragile and insecure that constant tinkering is required just to have a modicum of security?
Decent app
Overall, the app is decent but lacks a few key features to make it stand out. First, it is not nearly as clean as other investment or banking apps such as Amex or Vanguard. Second, the secure messaging is really clunky. Signing forms is not nearly as simple as it could be with programs like Docusign. The document doesn’t jump to next signature or tell you what page you are on. App is decent but needs improvement.
Great mobile app to manage your finances
The app is easy to use and offers a great many tools for managing your investments and banking needs.
Doesn’t work
Customer service says delete and reload. Tired of doing it. It simply doesn’t work. Time to rethink this switch to Merrill. I’ve wasted too many hours on this failed project.
