Too many bugs, basic features are not working.

Appt showed my details and account but today I keep signing in and it is blank. If I go online no problem . Fix the app

Pls fix it ASAP!

They’ve created the button but it doesn’t work when pressed

I stay at the Millenium in Anchorage once a month usually for a week. I found out I wasn’t getting any points added to my account because ot was never set up and I wasn’t booking through the app. I easily spend around a thousand dollars a month at this hotel that has the quality of about a motel 6. I get the app and the app has been a disaster. The coding sometimes is the only thing that shows so you can no even book and the app is underwhelming. I am just so disappointed in Millenium overall that I am will be staying this week up there and it will be the last time I stay at a millenium. If it were not for the bartenders at the fancy moose there who carry that hotel on there back I would have left a long time ago. Not to mention the homeless that break into cars or just straight up wonder the halls. There pet proce went up to 100 dollars this last month as well. Truly sad that a run down hotel is charging the prices it is. It is only a matter of time before the Iditarod pulls out as well.

I have never seen an app for a hotel chain they cannot book a hotel room correctly. Every time you put in a date and you are ready to pay, you must carefully check the confirmation as it shows today's date and not the dates you just booked. That it wants to verify the credit card but there's no way and no place to enter the verification number. This is not the first time I have had with this app. After two hours I gave up and went to my laptop.

Glitchy, won't load, doesnt log in, keeps running in loops...are you seriously presenting this app as something that represents your brand?

Cannot even log into the App. There is nowhere to put the security code they send you. My colleague had the exact same issue. Waste of time.

Indicates that a code was sent to email to confirm access— however it doesn’t provide a place to enter the code.

I’m just amazed that a popular hotel has such an underwhelming application. As of today, the last update was 11 months ago. Tried to log in to make a reservation. Got an error message. I hope the developers are taking notice.
