I can’t add my card to my wallet.

Useless - Cannot book on app or website

App is fine for showing availability/ room type/prices but useless for booking. End up calling reservations who see different rates - sometimes better (and i book on phone) — usually worse and i stay elsewhere. Not a time saver and rather pointless as an app. Hotel quality varies tremendously if you do end up staying — price mot a valid benchmark for quality. If you do book my phone rather than the app (because the app is useless, mostly going into a death spiral at payment) then you do not accrue points on your membership. There are other hotels and hotel groups.

Been trying to book hotel but when I get to payment 3D secure payment app forwards me to a Millennium advertising promotion page. Tried booking several times without success. I don’t think Millenium hotels are bothered about bookings, they just want to show you what you can’t book.

Very poor app …. the list of issues is too long …. in summary probably the worst app in the hotel sector and a very poor reflection on the parent company.

So brand new app says please sign in so where? I can’t see an option or page to sign in Not a good start no good to me just use web site. New update still can’t sign in or search for hotels useless

This company advertises on their site a discount if you sign up and become a member however it does not allow you to create an account. Once you’ve entered your details the site just freezes on a loading screen. Tried it on the website and app on both my phone and iPad and experienced the same problem. Disappointing. Do not bother downloading this app

Hopefully the hotels are better than the app!!!

Can’t even register to use the app as a new account or use an existing email to log in. Wouldn’t bother downloading at all.

Agree with the other reviewers - this app is pretty pointless. Given that there are no obvious benefits of having the app, I deleted it about 4 minutes after installing it.

Disappointing App

I read the only review available prior to installing the app hoping something would be useful to me. Sadly, the Jan review was spot on and there is no real benefit to using the app, as it is. You can’t track your bookings, you can’t manage your bookings - the app asks you for your booking name and reference and then proceeds to exit taking you to the website display your booking details. Also, you can’t view any bookings or details relating to your active bookings within the app, which to me is an important feature. Hopefully a future update will align this app to be at least a little like other useful hotel apps. Until then I’ll not be using. I will login via the website to manage and book hotel rooms, and I’ll frankly only be doing this when the other brands I use are not available for my trip dates. The app, when reviewing in March 2019, could have been so much better. 😓
