Looses all reading history
Used to be fine and you could synch your most recent additional readings absolutely okay and still view anything prior.
Now you open the app and all your past readings are lost…you re-synch them all and then the same thing happens next time you open it, so for now it’s pretty much useless.
Just stopped working
So disappointed. I’ve only had this app a week to help store all of my info & now it just won’t load up! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Poor scaling after update
The scaling on my iPhone is off, can’t easily tap back button and often have to close and re open the app to reset it.. also the dashboard doesn’t work, just keeps spinning wheel and says loading but doesn’t do anything else..
Looses readings.
Every time I open it it has lost more readings so I can’t reflect on my progress.
Hides previous functionality behind a login I neither want nor need
Keto-Mojo Classic is a great little app that does exactly what I want: sync my data from my Keto-Mojo, show me a chart of my results over time, and allow me to export it as a CSV file.
Sadly, it has started bugging me to download this app. MyMojoHealth won’t show me a chart of my results over time, because I refuse to sync my results to their ‘secure cloud’. This is a completely transparent attempt to get my data to maximise their revenue/shareholder value/whatever, but makes the app objectively worse for anyone who doesn’t want their personal health data used in this way, especially given the significant upfront and ongoing costs of using a Keto-Mojo monitor.
Not only do I not recommend this app, I also strongly advise anyone thinking about buying a Keto-Mojo meter not to do so. This is a one-way street for any company that starts down on it, and the risk that other existing functionality will be hidden behind a login I expressly do not want is a risk I wouldn’t take. Of course the response will be “we won’t do that”, but the only signal that we have is that they will, because they have.
