I feel like I’m looking at an app from 10 years ago. Hardly any useful functionality. It’s good to track what phase I’m in roughly but it would be good if it could link to my other cycle app or add some personalisation within this app. The book is amazing and completely life changing but this app doesn’t do it justice. Such a shame.

I love Dr Mindy and everything she says. Very new to fasting so this app is great for information and what to eat each day. It’s slightly confusing as the last phase is day 20 of your cycle onwards and I don’t know how to get it back to day 1 for the next phase. I have a cycle but no bleed following an ablation so it will be great when I’m synced up as it’s hard to track my cycle currently.

Limited functionality- could be SO much better

Apart from being stuck permanently in ‘power phase days 1-10’ for the first 15 days so far, the app is informative and simply structured and easy to move around. The interface is basic and the imagery is dated and clunky but it does a job. However with a little design and nav work this could be so much better! I don’t seem to be able to move through the ‘phases’ which is where the information you see is tailored. I’m stuck in the same phase perpetually… I wish this was better it would be such a useful and interesting accompaniment to the book or audio book which I love!

Love all the infomation but it seems have my cycle out of synch and the only way I can reset is to delete and reinstall. Which I am going to do as it’s so useful

The app doesn’t track my days accurately. For example I have had a 26 day cycle, and am now on day 2 of my next cycle and the app says I’m on day 20. This means I don’t have access to the correct info on the days that I need it. It’s a nice idea only if it actually works.

This could be a really great companion to the book. However, it misses out power phase 2 completely, jumps to nourish and nurture and confuses some of the advice. Which is not helpful at all.

Could be so much better

Love the book, but this app is not very useful. It could be soooo much better. The body coach app is a great example.

Need updating doesn’t work

Shame this app has so much potential.. It was handy to know which phase I was in without having to back to the book. But It does not track my cycle correctly anymore.
