I’ve been trying all semester to get this app to work but every time I try to log in it asks me to accept the terms and conditions which I do then proceeds to the log in page where I enter my student email and password and press log in and as soon as I do that it comes up with “unable to log in” the website works on my phone and laptop so I don’t know why the app won’t work on my phone.

Moodle won’t open when tile is tapped, and when it did, videos from panopto weren’t recognised. Just a blank space where they should be. This has been an issue for most of my enrolment, no matter how many updates have been done. Absolutely rubbish.

The main incentive to use this app was Moodle access and there being less onerous Okta authorisation. Moodle never had full functionality for many docs and videos, now it doesn’t work at all. Starting in the past week it just loads a blank white screen, taunting you.

There is no point in downloading this app. It has no additional functionality from just accessing the website in your browser. In fact this entire app is literally just a web browser limited to the monash website.

The worst app I'm ever used.

I downloaded it for multiple times but it still only shows “Select Profile” on the top of the screen. I don’t know why it doesn’t work as it describes in the app store. Hope this problem can be fixed soon.

I currently cannot even log into the app, as every time I leave the app and return a new log in box appears. And every time I try to log in, I have to use the Okta verification app, meaning I have to exit the app to log in, but every time I get back in, a new log in appears. You see the problem?

Every single time it logs me out and I need to full on put my email and password and what’s frustrating is that you need to put google code and since it’s long and can’t be copied and pasted every time I switch apps to see the code I can’t easily go back to this Monash app without typing my phone passcode And if I press back button it always leads me back to homepage. Can there be a button that if I’m on Moodle and I press back it just goes back to Moodle homepage and not the Monash homepage so I don’t have to keep clicking on Moodle

There’s really no point putting an app out that can’t function properly. Would be great to rewatch lectures on the phone etc but definitely not happening via this app. Give it a miss, just an exercise in frustration.
