I’m trying to signup with my Emirates ID but it keeps giving an error “Emirates ID is incorrect”. I know the details I provided are correct. Please help

Why so many forced updates in less than 3 months

App needs major work. Always crashes, none of the pages on there open and can’t foe load anything.

I use this app and the mobile number registered is my husband number every time I login they log me out and I need a new OTP it is not reasonable.

Went for some medical assistance in Al Noor satwa, after when to pharmacy with doctors prescribed medication form & my medication were rejected & no one was answering call

The app is very slow, the services are very slow as well. They have people who can’t read and understand what’s written; and need claims to be resubmitted and still keep rejected citing same or similar reasons. The process takes too long and the customer care is very much not helpful. They can’t answer how long it will take to have a definitive answer. They do have a specialty - ‘rejections’!

Useless insurance whose only goal is to make profits by limiting services to their policyholders that are normally provided by other insurance providers. They offer very little to no value-adding services; purely milking from their policyholders!
