I submitted for reimbursement it’s 3months over status is showing approved still I didn’t get any Payment on my account from Here, It’s completely useless

Poor application
Poor application. Nobody responds on call centre. Too much time waiting for approvals.Request of appoinments gets cancelled automatically without any intimation.
Notifications
The fonts used for notifications are so small and unable to Zoom them also, could you allow for Zooming the text
No info on reimbursement claim submission display
1. Blank comment exist for claim reimbursement 2. Apporved amount shows 0 without any reason 3. Showing outside as processed and when check via chat its saying partially approved and not able to see what is approved or any notes

Very slow not user friendly - 90s app
Very slow, Interaction with the user is not friendly, Always take so much time to load anything and if to go back it will take you to top again.
