MyOCCU Mobile Banking

This is by far the best way to do banking and pay my bills. Quicker and easier than computer or paper. Reliable and free of glitches.

While most features are great, the Remarkable checking qualifications reminder often goes down, and it’s usually the last week of the month when you’re most in need of confirming your progress. I’m not sure why that feature fails like it does, but it’s unfortunate all the same.

I have lots of charges coming off my card tried to lock it and I can’t cuz their not charges iv made

I’m very happy with the app. It takes me about 2 second I’m in. I see my accounts and done.

App is designed like it comes from 2009. Barely functions. “User friendly” is not within this apps functionality or consideration. Horrible.

The OCCU employees in the Keizer branch are a special and rare combination of people; each employee is vibrant and upbeat . They have a way of making each person who walks through the door feel like they’re welcome and in good hands; I always feel so at home and at ease. In my experience, banks are usually unpleasant, stuffy and I generally expect to have a pretty good long wait in a long line of other people who are also agitated because they too are waiting forever. Not the case at OCCU in Keizer; I’ve been going there for three years and I have never had to wait in a line. When a line begins to form an employee , beaming with enthusiasm seems to come out of nowhere to help us. I always leave the Keizer branch feeling a little bit lighter than before I came. I always leave with a smile
