Cant reset password, cant add a license plate, cant use this app . Pretty darn useless for a parking service around the city. The only thing that did work was being able to see the price of each lot.

App won’t let me save a plate, so it’s effectively useless

Awful usability. Trust me

Can’t add my phone or plate to the app so I can park easily. I added $25 to funds now I gotta use it as a friend option. I wrote an email to the customer service desk and got zero response. Typical city run facility over paid under performance stuff to say the least

Fatal UI design error prevents being able to start a session after entering a zone number. I’m sure that even with this review they won’t be able to figure it out lol.

App says it can’t work because it can’t connect to wifi. It should default to my cellular wifi because there is clearly no wifi on the street. This thing should be smooth to run when I get near a parking spot. Even this review page is a pain to use. Won’t submit!

This app is terrible. It double-charged my parking fee and refused to issue a refund. When I realized the session was incorrect and canceled it, I was charged $4 for just 1 minute (the full 30-minute fee). Unfortunately, I’m stuck using this app because there’s no alternative for this lousy parking system.

You can’t round up your dollar amount in your account, so it sits with a random amount of money for months and years that is useless to most people, and they get interest on that amount. Allow customers to deposit a custom amount to round up to a number that’s actually useable! If not, start paying interest on money sitting there for long periods of time. L Also, allow users to set a default parking lot!! Every time I open the app, it’s some random lot number! I go to the same lot every day, why can’t I set it as my default? Why do I have to go in, delete the random lot, and then type in the one I’m at? Even better, use GPS! It should know which lot I’m in! Hello, it’s 2024/2025, this is easy stuff!

This app no longer accepts payments from multiple credit cards. Pointless waste of time.

Great app and great idea however, I can not fully use the app because my husband already have an account and the plates of the only car we have is register in his account. I have to “ pay for a friend” each time I need to use the app
