It took me 3 days to sign up for an account. It was constantly timing out. I finally was able to sign up and set up for my account but I have yet to be able to connect to use the money in my account. It freezes on the screen to enter the zone. Frustrating So, basically the app works when connected to WiFi and not cellular (yes I did check to make sure cellular data was accessible to the app) which totally negates the basic reason to us this app. Just terrible

When logging in to the app over a mobile network it times out. Using WiFi I can often login which is not so useful. Contrary to advice from developers, nothing to do with the passwords. Tried deleting and reinstalling App but no change.

I was visiting town and parked at a hotel where parking was $39. But I had to deposit $50 into my account before I could park. App is also one of the worst UX I’ve seen. Feels like it was designed by someone who never built an app before. So many issues. By far the worst parking app out the half dozen I’ve installed.

This is an issue that’s been around for at least the last 6 months. I am unable to sign in to my account. It’s just hangs after hitting enter and eventually times out. Tried deleting the app and re-install and still not successful. Please fix as soon as possible. Update: It appears the app only works when it’s connected to WiFi not not on cellular network which kind of defeat the purpose of the app.

I see others have this problem so I wish that you would address this because it is absolutely frustrating to have money in an account that I cannot use because it’s impossible to sign in. Every time I open the app it just gets locked on the opening screen with a spinning wheel trying to sign in. I have updated the app, I have attempted to download and restart the app and nothing is making it better. Why offer the service if you’re not going to take care of it for your customers?

Dec 2022, iPhone 11 — A year ago I added $25 to my account, looking forward to being able to pay for parking quickly and easily, and am pretty sure I have not been able to use the app successfully even once. Every time I want to use it I spend 5-10 min trying and eventually give up, as it invariably will not load. Huge waste of time. I keep hoping that an update or deleting & re-downloading will fix the problem but nope. Hopefully it starts working eventually…

Your app should always default to the main license plate not a friends plate.

Total ripoff!! Asks to prepay a lump sum! I’m a tourist, why would I do that!

Why don’t you make sign up easier. If you make one small mistake it starts you all over. So frustrating. I tried 4 times and finally gave up and just went online. Never could get it to work.
