Will drop your call and will make u wait again for hours

will call u after 2hrs or more then will drop ur call( on mute ) and will send u email ure not available so u need to repeat the process. what a very unprofessional way to handle patients. Nurses are arrogant at times specially at night.

App always ask to update I have just installed it. It accepted Medicard but keep saying user inactive but I’m an active member of Medicard. Remove this app from app store!

Kung ano ang uso na sakit, yun agad diagnosis nila. Like nung panahon ng covid, covid daw diagnosis tapos nung nagpunta kami medical city, simpleng flu lang pala. Wala naman alam idiagnosis mga doctor diyan basta kung ano uso yun lang alam nila

The consultation is very convenient however the app itself is a headache. When I open the app and try reload it’s not working. so I have to uninstall the app and log in again.

The mobile app is garbage. I am unable to access the history and the prescription. Also, its always asking to update but really no update. Its TRASH!!!

I have a 4 y/o dependent but the app wouldn’t let me add. A red exclamation pops up and nothing happens when I try to.

When i try to register, it never pushes through, when i fill up something and go back to fill up another, a white page appears and it wont load. Tried it a hundred times.
