Simply terrible return service. Be careful when ordering clothes, if it does not fit you will pay for the return yourself. In my case, the return costs 12 euros and I have been unable to figure out how to send the return for 3 days.

The app does not work properly - when an item is added to the basket and while trying to enter the basket, the app shuts down. The support said they were not able to find the bug. Don't waste your time.

Buying in web, then get suggestion to download app as it will give me 53% discount. Downloaded app, had to put all the items again to the cart and then- boom 💥app crashes each time when I press Cart icon 🫠 so had to came back to web and buy there without promised huge discount

MP exists in Lithuania too. I don’t know about the website, but if talking about the app - In the address section, when I want to pay, there is no “Lithuania” mentioned. So I can’t even buy anything, since it won’t even be delivered to me. Help

Not the best User experience, feels like a website just put as an app format, could he wayy more interactive and better.

New update isn’t allowing me to purchase your items! Apps isn’t recognising my account, not allowing me to create a new one in order to go through to payment

downloaded the app because the website says I can get additional discount, but get same price in app anyway :(

Had to delete and re download app as it wouldn’t let me check out, once got to delivery three out of the four items free delivery but wouldn’t let me get out of standard delivery on the cheapest item?? Paid for delivery just to get what I needed, plus as a blue card member we used to get 50% discount now it’s 12%, nice to know we’re appreciated as we run to the danger as everyone else runs away
