01.09.2023 update My protein did escalate this and send me an email asking for more details, sadly though, we simply started the entire saga all over again (send me proof of this, send me Proof of that , mark this, mark that) even though everything is very clear . Anyways, I reached out and asked PayPal to solve it since myprotein simply wouldn’t and GUESS WHAT??? My protein DELETED MY ACCOUNT. ****************** Great products , poor costumer service. It started with me accumulating a nice sum of money via referrals. It suddenly disappeared even though I never used it. Took me a couple of months (!) to get half of it back. I later made another order and bought more products . My protein accidentally made it look like I paid 33% more even though I didn’t . That made the package get stuck at costumes and made me pay more taxes. They were not cooperating to fix the problem. Furthermore , half the order was cancelled by they’re behalf without refunding the referral money I used back to my account or fixing the costumes bill. That made it get stuck since costumes asked me to pay for items which I did not recieve. Above all, very poor costumers service ,I get a feeling as if I’m inside an un ending loop with different agents who simply lack manners and the ability to communicate with costumers or be of help. The tastes and products are good though, if you have the strength to go through all that I have written above.
