I should’ve got pain medication from you as I’m going through my personal pain for my shoulders like candy because the pain is so severe anytime I move. I’ve got ice on it during the day but I’m gonna be way short on medication at the end of the month because I’m using all of mine for this
I downloaded the app as suggested by my doctor. I have not been able to do anything with it since I logged in. I get notifications telling me to do something and click on it and there is nothing I can do within the app. Unfortunate.
Prior to surgery, I downloaded this app to help me prepare for my total knee replacement. It provides a wonderful array of articles and information I read and reread. I showed it to my physical therapist who was equally impressed! I truly think it prepared me to arrive on surgery day with less reservation and anxiety. I was able to faithfully do the exercises and felt strong on surgery day. Now I’m home and started to do the exercises I need to fully recover.
I’ve been in at least 5 other hospitals and Flagstaff Medical Center is the best I’ve ever been in!! Staff and doctors are amazing!
The pain block was a great help. The following day was a big disappointment. I waited 6 hours before taking pain pill. I will be reducing the time lapse
The system boot-up time is slow. After I opened the review to put in a number between 1-10, I wasn’t able to do so. Maybe I’m just a little impatient when I believe it should be an instantaneous process to rate my recovery. I hit “previous” and went back a page to try it again. Same slow process. So I just waited for the app to catch up to me. You may want to put that on the opening page to be patient and let the APP catch up to your phone/computer.
Easy to use, keeps me on track. Answers questions I might have without having to worry the doctor.
Very happy with the results after the injections my hand feels a lot better
I’m finding that this app has really helped me to find comfortable positions where it doesn’t hurt to work out my knee — and a reminder at the same time that a lil exercise is helpful .
