I give it 4 stars with how much energy it takes on one scene other than that I’d give it 5 stars

I updated my app but it still won’t let me play the fitness marathon. This happens off and on with other side quests as well

Thank you for fixing the Royal Kingdom ads so they’re not unreasonably long. Now there is a new problem ad. It’s for the game Match Masters. There is no way to exit the ad. It loops from the ad to the App Store then back to the ad. It won’t close. I have to shut the game down and lose my progress. Otherwise I love Mystery Manor. There are so many different things to do so you don’t get bored.

It lures you in, but then it becomes impossible to win games without spending a lot or watching long ads. I finally deleted it. I should have deleted it earlier. Save your money.

I played so much and had quests for rooms that I could not get the key for. Support was no help at all. Don’t waste your time on this game.

These Royal Kingdom ads are absolutely ridiculous. I have to watch a two minute advertisement for an additional 20 seconds of play?! What happened to the ads being 30 seconds long? And no, I don't plan on making purchases to have my play be ad-free. You just need to do better when allowing your advertisements.

Royal kingdom ads are so obnoxiously long. Especially when it’s like “watch a 30sec ad” and then it’s like 2 and a half minutes of watching the same ad over again and then trying to hit the x only to be brought to ANOTHER part of the same ad. With the recent update I have not been able to get any rooms in word mode unless I play the same room over and over again. I just played and cycled through echos, parallel and logos mode then maybe I’ll get 1 2 3 mode then back to parallel mode again might get twins mode if I’m lucky. Also why do we have to have 2 barely different find the difference modes? One with 20 and another with 10 like come on I love this game but it’s becoming very frustrating to enjoy.

The game is kind of difficult and thats annoying when it runs based on energy. I didn’t play long enough to find out how easy energy is to acquire, but I did play for over an hour and earned infinite energy for 1 hour and 1 for 30 minutes. First off the game kept popping up new stuff/content, and I’ve played similar games that did the same thing it never stops. It is nice to have a lot of content but very annoying when its constantly shoved in your face every 2 tasks you finish. Second off when I get an ad it bugs the game out and I can’t hear sound after that. (iPhone 13 Pro Max) I have had this issue before when a game has too much going on. If there was a way I could simplify the graphics to where it wasn’t so hard on my phone then that’d be great. Thirdly, I don’t mind a challenge, but this game should either give more time or fix the way they hide things. They will name off weird things that I don’t even know what it is for one, and also some of the hidden items are not only very small but also only partially showing. You can see why that might be a problem if you don’t really know what you’re looking for. There is a zoom feature but theres an entire room to scope out. Other HO games I played sometimes the scenes would be difficult at first but once you got use to the scene and the items it became easier. Lastly, If I continued to play I am sure the money grabs would have gotten worse as they already started off in the beginning. I don’t mind giving money to developers for hard work well done, but I do mind when its done in a way that if you don’t spend money your chances of success drop to a minimum. Here you can still win after some tries, but you will waste energy on losing. In my opinion it would be better if these games didn’t need to animate every little thing and have a thousand pop ups for buying things, quests, etc. The ad pop ups were already annoying enough.

I used to love this game but after a number of attempts at purchasing the Golden Compass for One Year Older, it never activates. I’ve had to contact Apple support for multiple refunds. The game’s chat and support are no help at all. Can this issue be resolved please.

The ads have gotten way out of control. Taking all the enjoyment out of it. Ads that used to be 30 seconds long are over 3minutes noe
