Kan niet verder in het spel heb het gekocht maar blijft hangen bij de verbandtrommel. Die kan ik niet uit de lijst pakken om de caduseus erop te doen.

Once I’ve obtained the first aid kit, I’m unable to click on it to add the necessary items. I’ve restarted the game, no help. Can you please help? I’ve purchased the game and would love to be able to play. If it’s permanently broken, would you please refund my purchase?

The First Aid Kit won’t open up to modify.

Problems started early. Couldn’t get the medical case to come up so I could put parts on it. Since I couldn’t do that, I couldn’t continue the game.

I’ve been looking at reviews and it seems like this game has a glitch in it that hasn’t been fixed for over six months. I cannot get the medical kit to open like many other complaints listed here. I want my money back, please! The game is at a standstill and I paid good money to finish it. Please advise. We tried rebooting, playing the game from the beginning again, you name it. This is very frustrating. Please refund my money ASAP.

Game was going okay until plus items weren’t working (first aid kit) Please ask your development team to fix!! Or are they on strike?!?

I can’t get the first aid kit to open so that I can put the pieces in, the plus sign is green instead of red please help I just paid for the game and I would like to play it. Thank you for any help I can’t rate the game if I can’t play it. Never had a problem with games from this developer until now. Game is unresponsive on iPad - specifically when trying to activate the “first aid kit” from tool inventory with (2) emblems. I tried restarting and then reloading the game. Unfortunately happened after I paid to unlock the game after free intro. Wasted $7.

The first aid kit in the police station won’t work, and I can’t continue the game without it. This is near the beginning of the game so I can’t play the game at all. This has been reported by multiple people for months and they won’t fix it.

Just purchased the game and it glitched. One of the items I need to use with a plus sign won’t open so I am stuck! I can’t give the police officer his drink with the medication. Now what???
