This app is so unnecessary. First, I only downloaded hoping to connect my device to WiFi. The UI is so needlessly confusing and poorly done. There’s no guidance or explanation and it makes the device feel even cheaper and poorly made. Do better please!

Buggy, crashes constantly, can’t connect to my heating unit. Incredibly poor piece of software. Don’t advertise this equipment as wifi enabled when your app is impossible to use
I don’t want to enter my location, address, electric rates etc to get this to work. Takes forever and not needed to run the shower. Waste of time and TMI required.
Other than getting wifi enabled, I’m not sure what the benefit of the app is? Scheduling on the app is useless as it sets all days to the same temperature schedule regardless of what day of the week you chose to program (this functionality seems to work much better directly using the thermostat and skipping the app). Beyond being a horrible app as others have said, in the most recent version of iOS is just crashes. Every attempt at opening results in a full crash.
When filling in the required information during set up, if you leave the app registration page to get the required information, the app resets to the first page of the registration and erases all of the previously entered data like address, wifi password, wattage rate, etc. forcing you to start over. I can see why the app gets an inordinate number of poor reviews. What a waste of time. Had I know about this I would have chosen a different floor heating system.
I wish our contractor had given us any other choices as this floor heating system is complete garbage. The only way to really know that this system is doing something is by checking your energy bill go up like crazy. The settings make no sense on the computer and half the room sensors loose wifi connection all the time. The app on the phone doesn’t even have an off button. All you can do is wing it and adjust the settings as you go until the temperature in your house improves.
Congratulations! You have perfected incompetence. I think my eight year old could have developed a better product and app.
