This is a wise investment:
It has assisted our planet’s likelihood of continuing to support our own and other species by eliminating my need for fossil fuels to power my home and heat my water.
It has significantly eliminated my PG&E bill. I came in on tier 2, so I only pay a few months out of the year for some upkeep of the grid, which is moving the energy on and off site, to be most efficient and effective.
The people at SunPower were extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

This is a great app to see your solar, usage and the NET in a graphical way.
Buggy…Obvious Errors…Terrible!
This app is a joke. Renova tried for 6 months to get it to work, to no avail. Right now it says I’m producing 4KWh from solar, using 2.4KWh to run A/C mostly…and then uploading 6.4KWh to the grid. Obviously that’s not possible. You’d think an app could add and subtract, right? Nope. The only thing that seems to work is the solar production appears to be accurate. Everything else is not.
Update: SunPower sent the usual “contact customer service” message. Since we and Renova have already spent a combined 10+ hours on the phone with Customer Service, we aren’t wasting any more time. I give up.

Awesome app
They are always improving the app. Up to day solar readings and consumption.
When it works???
Not reliable! At anytime of the day it goes offline and might come back online. I gave it a one star because there has been times the app data was offline for months. Today is another example; I have been offline with no data for almost 24 hours. Called the customer service line and was told they are working on the issue, keep trying. Great app, when data is online/available.
