Why no option to simply pay bills online? As it happens for phone bills? No scanning, just click and pay. That would be way easier and more efficient.

Good app overall but the Face ID has been broken since forever in my case and the login with Sms code eaxh time is very frustrating.

Capisco la sicurezza, ma addirittura un codice di verifica SMS ogni volta che si accede, mi sembra eccessivo! Manco un conto bancario... User e password (con impronta digitale) sarebbero ampiamente sufficienti. Suggerisco anche di poter introdurre una funzione di “Note” quando si caricano le fatture. Il nome assegnato automaticamente al documento non permette di identificare velocemente importo e a cosa si riferisce, così rende più complicato il check tra fattura caricata e fattura di accredito ricevuto. Visualizzare L importo a fianco aiuterebbe anche molto.

The app keeps crashing and uploading documents it’s a nightmare. The old app was definitely better, instead of improving the user experience they made it worse.

Die Ablehnungen erfolgen mit dem Kommentar „fehlerhaft“ aber ohne Begründung. So ist eine Korrektur jeweils nicht möglich. Hat wohl weniger mit der App zu tun als mit der Dienstleistung dahinter.
