Doesn't works properly. always. Often can’t login, then can’t top up by credit card.
Sering error
Perusahaan sebesar Telkomsel punya aplikasi payah. Sudah beberapa kali diinstall ulang tetap saja tidak mau buka. Sebulan yang lalu masih bisa walaupun sering error. Sekarang tidak bisa dibuka sama sekali.
Nama besar tapi sayangnya service kurang
Sering banget ngga dapat sinyal. Lalu setiap sekitar 5 hari sebelum masa berlaku berakhir, udah susah akses internet dll, padahal quota masih banyak. Ini gak cuma 3-4 kali kejadian, saya perhatikan selalu begitu. Jadi selalu minta top up dulu baru nyambung. Jadi untuk saya cukup mengecewakan.

App is near to useless. Can no longer pay on credit card. When phone has no service gre help desk text you the code. Text when you have no service! That’s good thinking....

Poor service from this app
Telkomsel tries to push ‘local’ internet packages through this app which don’t work when you travel to another area. It also won’t let you use the app when a data package has run out. So really this app is pretty useless unless you really know what you are doing and how to find what they don’t want you to have. A decent nationwide internet package. I’ve also had to change sims as well just to keep online. Telkomsel ‘took’ 8 mill rupiah from my bank account for a nonworking Halo sim. But it’s also a monopoly as other companies like XL and 3 have downgraded mobile signals compared to Telkomsel.
