Version 2.0 is broken
Cannot access keypad after upgrade
Frustrated with the service
I need to make an urgent call to Colombia, I had already called that number but it is impossible "there is an error, I tried again" or it calls me to the wrong number. But when I dial and they answer the call, Tello deducts the money from me. I don't understand why?
Useless calling app
I have been downloading and using different calling apps but this particular one is the most useless and annoying of all. To say it’s worse is an understatement. I recharged $10 but when you try to make a call instead of ringing it won’t stop saying mytello connect with an ugly and annoying voice. I have been trying to call but it’s unsuccessful. I need a refund.

Much cheaper and reliable
I just purchased 6.99CAD credit to call the UK from Canada. I set the settings to call via Wifi and removed my sim card so I don’t get charged my mobile provider by any chance. I called a landline, HMRC for tax. The call rate was 1.3cents per minute, much cheaper than 35cents per minute my provider offered. My call was a little over 14 mins and it cost me 21 cents. The sound was very clear and reliable as if I called a local number. Fantastic service and I highly recommend it.
This avoid
Company sucks ! Every little you have to call and ask wht is problem !!!! Now i am not gonna use because they rose prives like some country 150 percent ! Avoid this one my opinion !!!!!!!
Martin with MYTELLO is very helpful
Martin has provided great customer service and answered all of my questions. I was struggling with entering the zero before the plus44 and he was able to provide me with instructions. In addition he was also able to advise me whether or not the call I was making could only be placed on UK soil and he saved me a lot of time in doing this so I wasn’t continually calling a number in the UK from Canada unsuccessfully.
Didn’t work
The app didn’t work for me. Using the trial, I placed a call to Pakistan from Canada, and neither one of us could hear each other. Needless to say, I didn’t purchase a subscription. Uninstalled the app afterwards.
