This new update is non functional. I had to go back using access number from my phone. The previous version was working well and I unnecessarily updated it with this version. Now this app has become useless. I tried calling customer service- no one answers the call. I tried email. I send all details but no reply. It’s been more than a month.
I’ve been a satisfied customer for a long time, but the service is non functional for a few days, customer service non existent. May be they have wound up??
The app is not working at all. When you dial it will disconnect right away. I would give minus star if there was one. When you contact customer service there is no help or they will copy and paste some ready made answers. Apple should remove it from App Store.
This would the worst app ever. This app used to work in the past but for the last 6 month or so you have to manually dial a phone #.....which defeats the purpose of having this app. Not sure why companies like Reliance can’t find good IT people who can come up with a simple app that works. What a shame....
When I tried 10 times to talk,but it was work only 1 time and it's app freezing, I am using iPhone 7, from 3 years nothing any improvement or nothing update, It’s not good even in customer service, or technical knowledge parsons, better use Vonege, best app and best service. And cheaper then reliance. So don’t waste time and money.
You have to go the same way how you would from a hand set. Quick dial does not work before you could tap on the contact and it would dial. Now same hand set features
Can you please fix this. We cannot make call
I have to dial a zillion times and still it says couldn't connect the call. The worst app ever.
Always crashing, after connecting call nothing can be heard, we have to close the app forcefully and re dial the number, frustrated with an error of call can’t be processed pls try again, contacted customer support several times but no proper solution provided nor issue resolved.
Very frustrating whenever u need to call it never works , just waste of time and money
