Frustrating experience
Last update of iconic weapons is huge money grab. I hope you have children because there is no way you will manage to fully upgrade heroes in your lifetime. With each newly added hero, game balance degrades a little. Currently, there is small gang of heroes who beat pretty much everyone and due to this, nearly everyone uses them. This game has lots of heroes but you will see very little of them which is boring. Arena is fixed which means you keep fighting against same players. If you happen to not have correct units to counter them, you will never win. Sounds fun? Its basically rule that game enters maintenance mode at the end of some event. If you happen to miss mail which warns about it or forget on it, you may not receive event reward for which you paid with your money because game is down. If you then contact support, they will blame you and shrug. Frequent crashes. Its like the game intentionally tries to piss you off because it tends to crash in moments like when you are summoning heroes for which you paid. Funny thing is that you then receive nothing. This game has its positive aspects but it really is not worth your money.
