Sono stata con Tim per ani , e non ho mai finito di pagare entra fattura sia per una cosa sia per un altra la fine ho deciso di fare tim unica e da lì la fregatura più grande , anche se avevi fil di internet fil di i n minuti ti trovavi con le ricariche da 5 € che aumentava la fattura che arrivata più di 60€ al mese , e mi sono stufata di pagare senza ragione per mesi . Basta che li ho permesso di pagare sul conto corrente si prendevano quanto li pareva , anche no grazie è un modo di rubare di più per un servizio non utilizzato, me ne sono andato basta !

App Poco intuitiva e piuttosto confusa. Più pubblicità che notizie di interesse
Diventato inutile
Tutta la parte di assistenza è bloccata dietro Angie che comunque non può fare disattivazione offerte. Bombarda continuamente di notifiche per Tim Party. Ormai a livello di quei giochi farlocchi che ti fanno la pubblicità su YouTube.
È impossibile loggarsi
Aggiornamento: nonostante siano stati rilasciati due nuovi aggiornamenti dopo la mia segnalazione e la risposta rassicurante degli sviluppatori, nulla è cambiato. Continua ad essere impossibile l’accesso! Con l’introduzione della nuova versione dell’app, non riesco più ad accedere. Compare il messaggio “Si è verificato un errore - Non è stato possibile completare l'operazione”. Pur conoscendo sia E-mail e password, si verifica lo stesso errore anche se provo le opzioni di recupero di username e password. Ho provato a disinstallare e reinstallare l’app e ho chiesto il reset al 119 senza risolvere il problema. Con le mie credenziali riesco ad accedere a MyTim dal browser del Mac ma non da quello dell’iPhone

App non funziona non riesco ad aprire mi dice aggiorna ma non c’è niente la versione non è compatibile con iPad Pro 11

Lentissima e infestata dalle pubblicità.
Widget inservibile
Widget su iPhone non funziona mai in qualsiasi modo anche con logout e nuovo login.E’ un divoratore di Gb a confronto con altri provider sempre con rete TIM. Del resto è affidabile alla pari della rete che in 5G da 0,15 Mb.Stesso posto con altro Provider 90 Mb
