Horrible service and not very transparent. Start with the service contract and then half way thru, they pull the rug on it adding or deleting items. Also the internet TV & Wi-Fi service does not work well, having to constantly reset/reboot the system. Would not recommend TIM.
After I lost my home internet service with TIM, I spent in vain more than a month trying to get an appointment with a technician. Unfortunately, while the app used to work perfectly for me, suddenly I was locked out and unable to even change my password. After five weeks I eventually switched to another carrier with whom I could actually communicate. I had been current on my monthly payments and have no explanation why I lost service. This is the short version. The long version was much more unpleasant.
The app can’t finish loading and hangs after logging in and showing my number. I reported that numerous times to the dev team and they simply don’t care. An example of their reasoning is that “if I activated the packages recently, then the problem is solved”. L=logic! Web interface, never heard of that? However, they don’t do anything yo solve the problem, but instead they simply wait till it “solves itself”.
The app appears to be only in Italian. So how do cancel, or do much of anything without painfully keying into a translator? I’d stay away if this is an issue for you.
What is up with your app not working for a while , just goes blank when you try to open it.
Tutto era normale, ma no, hanno deciso di cambiare tutto, pubblicità al primo ingresso, interfaccia scadente, transizione fluida - non abbiamo sentito. È il solito business, quanti soldi sono stati sprecati rilasciando un prodotto del genere.
Questa app, seppure necessaria per visualizzare fatture e gestire i contratti è infestata da spam, pubblicità non richiesta e non disattivatile e non è conforme alla notifica privacy. It’s a shame.
Very happy
The app functionality may be excellent. However, for a non-Italian speaker who needs to use the app to manage a mobile account while visiting Italy, it is very confusing since there isn’t an option to use the app in another language.
