Can TNB resolve the issue of the App crashing while it’s about to launch ? It seems to be happening on this release . Please issue a new release !

Cannot pay bill online
The app is handy for managing your TNB bills and make TNB payments too. Record of usages is also very handy. And here comes the but! But it leaves a lot to be desired. Tap on anything and it is so unresponsive, you almost can make yourself a cup of coffee before the screen change. It can’t remember your selection and you need to keep redoing everything all the time. As an example, I prefer to view my usage in kWh and not RM but it defaults to RM all the time. You also cannot undo settings! Set a budget and it ts there till the end of the world. I even tried deleting and reinstalling and it remembers! 🤦🏻♂️ I can keep going but the title of this review said it all. To the app developer, do consider user centered design please! 🙏🏻
Tried to update phone number to an Australian one hut didn’t receive any verification code sent via sms as informed.

Great opportunity here to give me insights into my electricity usage however a big fail from TNB. I can already get all this information from my existing bills. We should be able to see real-time statistics like daily power consumption. Not monthly. This will help people to identify what is drawing power in their homes. In Australia after smart meter deployment I can see hourly usage. For a day.
Really good apps and convenient for client. TNB may want to promote move on this app and go paperless. Customerservice and feedback team are really polite and manage to solve my case within couple hrs. nice job u guys
- if I lose the bill, it’s in the app. - the app shows how much I am using each month. - I can print it out if need be.
Just like TNB , useless app . What I mean is this app is of no use to me except to view bill , to pay by the so called Jom pay. Payment done by bank direct debit did not appear .
Stupid app. Says my payment for the bill is unsuccessful but deducted my money from my account. Really annoying!
