App has not been working for more than 10 days. Very disappointed with TNB working attitude

After the recent updates, unable to launch app and make payment. Please look into this immediately.

Inaccessible app to the Blind
Suggest voice over accessibility features be looked into . As it is, app is inaccessible to the blind folks thus not able to independently check and pay bills. Surprised app developer did not consider voice over accessibility , a common standard feature in so many apps today.
Unable to pay w Debit Card
Hi dear Devs, are you able to assist with this repetitive issue? I have activated my card for online transaction, however, I am still prompted with “unsuccessful payment”? Is there any underlying issue? Thanks!
Slow app
It took a while for me to add new account and the page error keep appear when I clicked for “View bill” page. Please look into it
