I tried to search the cost and time between MRT stations in my own country before leaving for Singapore, but it simply didn't work. The app always says "please try again later". Very bad!!

No star given because App has been down since last week and this morning (4 Mar) App is still not working on my iPhone. Very disappointed that LTA did not get this up and running by this morning given that many people need to get from places to places for work first thing on Monday. LTA also has not issued any public announcement that App is not working

The App is dead since last Friday

Bus arrival estimates keep hiding under the “orange clock” disclaiming arrival times based on schedule from bus operator and subject to changes. After 10 minutes of waiting and bus arrival time still showing 9 mins without changes with that dreaded orange clock, decided to walk to another bus stop only for the stupid bus to arrive at the bus stop I moved away from. What’s the point of having the bus arrival timings if it’s not going to work as intended!

bus coming in 5 mins so i make my way down. i reach at 4 mins but the bus is not there and the timing shows the next bus. great job devs

terrible noob app its often cant be used

There are multiple occasions where I try to check for other bus timings but the screen will just freeze up and I have to reload the whole app and it sometimes give inaccurate timings.

Used to be able to load in very quickly but after the new update, timings are inaccurate and it’s takes like 5 minutes just for me to load into the app. Old version was so much better

not very accurate in terms of location and took long time to load when open app.
